Returns

If you are not satisfied, we offer you a full refund of your order within 14 days, provided that the products are in their original condition. Projeto Serra reserves the right to refuse returns if the original conditions of the pieces are not met.

To return an item, send us an email to info@projetoserra.com, indicating in the subject your order number and in the body text which item or items you wish to return. After that, we will inform you of the shipping address for the order (shipping costs paid by the customer). Remember that you must carefully pack the piece so that it arrives at us in the best conditions. After we receive it and approve the return, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the order.

exchanges

If you are not satisfied, we offer you the possibility of exchanging your order within 14 days, provided that the products are in their original condition. Projeto Serra reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the original conditions of the pieces are not met.

To exchange an item, send us an email to info@projetoserra.com where in the subject you indicate the number of your order and in the body of text which item or items you want to exchange. After this we will contact you to speed up the whole process. Remember that you must carefully pack the piece so that it arrives at us in the best conditions. After receiving and approving it, we will exchange the part and send it to you at no additional cost*.

*Costs associated with exchanges are only the responsibility of Projeto Serra for the national market (Portugal). International exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
